Also, my friend Caity Connolly recently wrote a blog about the project, as well. You can check that out here. The project idea traces back to Caity reading this article in National Geographic, contacting the glasses organization in Oxford, meeting with them while she was in England last year, and then basically handing the project over to me when she got too busy in her town to be able to do it.
You can probably expect to see another blog or two from me later today or later this week updating everyone about what we’re jokingly referring to as “reverse, reverse culture shock,” and the like. Please donate if you haven’t! This is your last chance!
